Role: Comprehensive Custom Website Development for NGO & E-commerce
The Challenge
The client required a single, unified digital platform to serve three distinct functions: an informational hub for their global NGO, a full-featured e-commerce store for ministry materials, and a secure, private portal for members. The core challenge was to architect an intuitive user experience that prevented confusion, seamlessly guiding donors, shoppers, and members to their respective destinations without visual clutter or navigational complexity.
Brainstorming & Solution
Our strategy sessions focused on mapping three independent user journeys onto a cohesive sitemap. We brainstormed a modular design system that would segment these functions clearly. The solution was a website with a primary navigation for general information, a dedicated e-commerce section with a standard shopping cart flow, and a prominently placed, secure gateway to the member area. This ensured each user type could achieve their goals efficiently.
Design Work
We implemented a vibrant, uplifting color palette inspired by the ministry's energy, balanced with clean, professional typography and generous white space to ensure readability. The interface was built with custom, strategically placed forms for donations, sign-ups, and inquiries, all designed to maximize trust and conversion. The result is a dynamic yet orderly digital environment that feels both inspiring and entirely trustworthy.
